Commercial Exhibitors and Colleges and Universities have two opportunities to purchase vendor tables in the vendor exhibition halls during the year

• GAEA FALL CONFERENCE - usually meets in either October or November at various locations around the State.
• GAEA SPRING CONFERENCE - usually meets in late April or early May on St. Simons Island or Jekyll Island

Commercial Exhibitiors and Colleges and Universities also can place ads in conference publications as well as the COLLAGE, our bi-annual newsletter.

COLLAGE - GAEA's newsletter of future events, teaching ideas,conferences, student exhibitions, workshops, and opportunities such as the Capitol Art Show and the Youth Art Month celebrations.

SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM - Our sponsorship program is designed to bring partners on board, to help sponsor various events and/or speakers at our conference.
